Gary Fisher

Chief Operating Officer

Gary is an extremely experienced project manager and is responsible for managing the largest and most complex projects undertaken by HPS. Typically these involve complex integrations, multiple Oracle products, and challenging data migrations.


Richard Jebb

Chief Technology Officer

Richard is the HPS CTO and also leads our technical team in and around P6. He has most recently led the team integrating PPM into SAP, and migrated data from several legacy systems for an enterprise wide OPPM implementation. Richard ensures that HPS has a state of the art infrastructure in order to provide our     smaller customers with a fully supported P6 environment.


Kelly Wloczewski

Kelly has over 20 years of consulting and technology experience in project controls work. As an ex Skire employee, Kelly is responsible for having lead many successful solution deployments within the E&C field throughout North America. Kelly prides himself on the exceptional level of supports that he strives to offer customers after their solution has been successfully implemented.
