Data Assess: Identify and analyse the existing sources and uses of all candidate migration data. Determine what data is to be migrated.

Data Design: Ensure that all parties understand fully the data to be migrated, the source and eventual destination of each data item.

Data Construct: Review the exported data; identify any data quality issues and agree mediation steps; develop migration test policy; assist you in resolving data quality issues.

Data Implement: Agree and publish standardised reference data tables.

Rationalise core data to be migrated applying standardised reference data. Data is trial loaded into stage environment, reviewed and the final Go Live data load process is validated, and high-confidence cut-over times are established. Perform any transformations of core data; merging/summarising data where required. Load agreed reference data tables into Prod environment.
