Below we detail our typical delivery process.
After mobilisation and the development of the project plan, we will as a joint project team share in the discovery of your requirements, your process and your vision.
We will then take this information and design and architecture a solution and get your signoff before we configure through a series of interactive and agile development processes.
We will jointly test the solution ready for deployment. Once tested we will implement the integrations, have access to your clean migrated data before we conduct a dry run Go Live. When successful we will deploy in Production.

Collect relevant documentation including best practice from across the organisation and associated professional bodies like the PMI and APM to help inform the team. Facilitate Agile workshops to better understand the client’s requirements, share our experience of how the Oracle tools could address client problems through interactive sessions, which raised client maturity across the subject matter.
Facilitate joint team workshops to deliver end-to-end solution architecture and design by leading the technical and functional design sessions. Lead Agile technical and functional design workshops, first documenting high level design options, then detailed business process designs that would eventually be configured in the Primavera tools.
Configure, migrate legacy data, integrate, report, test, train-the-trainer and handover to our support team. Provide up to date architectural, technical, functional, test and service migration documentation. Encourage our client to set up joint teams to deal with issues as we find these accelerate issues solution, options analysis and eventual resolution.
Configure the Primavera solution in an Agile and iterative way that supports continuous improvement and refinement of the solution, updating design specifications and as-built documents in parallel.
We will create or update existing documentation, to ensure there is a solid record of your environment to support your solution into the future.
Assist users in developing use cases for unit, system and integration testing and finally supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
In addition to roll-out / cutover activities and Early Life Support, we will undertake training needs analyses, design and document train-the-trainer course material for both end user, administrator and support personnel training
