These tool “champions” are your company’s recognised guru’s when it comes to that tool, and can often be a real catalyst for change, adoption and ongoing improvement of your solution. We wanted to highlight up the true value of the Primavera SUPERUSER!
Creating a superuser community in your organisation is a simple way to not only help your staff feel empowered but also bring some real change to your companies’ operations and processes. We often recommend during a new implementation to identify a core group of users you wish to be your superuser community. These are typically a reliable group who take control of the administration of your solution and will ultimately become the “go to” people for anything related to that solution.
