Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator

Hyde Park Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team! – HPS are the leading Oracle Primavera partner in the UK, with offices in the US, India and soon to be Australia. We work with a variety of PPM software providers helping our blue chip global customers deploy, integrate and support their chosen PPM solution.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working with some of the world’s leading portfolio, programme and project management and controls (PPM) subject matter experts, helping market HPS’s services and software solutions to some of the largest organisations on the planet.

The individual we are looking for will take on the management of our social media platforms, email campaigns and contribute to website content. Your day-to-day routine will include designing and developing social media posts to drive follower engagement, as well as working with our sales team to produce email campaigns out to our customers and partners.

The role is advertised as part-time, however we are open to full-time applicants

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns
  • Measuring, reviewing and improving the performance and success of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with the sales team to create and develop marketing material
  • Create, develop, Manage and report on email campaigns
  • Developing thought leadership articles with support from HPS Subject Matter Experts
  • Staying up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies and techniques
  • Planning and organizing marketing functions to align campaigns with the company’s brand image and voice
  • Running the HPS social media platforms with regular content
  • Attending customer and partner events

Qualifications

  • Marketing or related degree
  • One or two years’ experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English language
  • Experience running and monitoring email campaigns
  • Social Media enthusiast
  • Experience creating and designing social media posts
  • Familiar with CRM systems (our is HubSpot) and WordPress
  • Proficient with MS 365 products
  • UK based remote working

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in either: software marketing, construction and engineering marketing or PPM
  • Understanding of Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management subject matters
  • Experience with B2B marketing
