What is a TOMA?
All Primavera software, follows a licensing process whereby the end user needs to accept a Transactional Oracle Master Agreement (TOMA) before a Customer Support Identification (CSI) number can be assigned to that user and license. Once a purchase order or payment has been made, the TOMA will be issued to the end user.
