Application Service Management (ASM) 

Application Service Management support covers activities that are performed to ensure the efficient support, governance and delivery of Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS), such as:

  • HPS Service Desk,  collecting, classifying and managing AMS and ADS requests including the complete support request lifecycle management
  • Change management, managing and planning design changes related to development, test and production environments
  • Service Level Management, ensuring that AMS and ADS are provided to a high level of quality and they meet the agreed Service Level Agreements
Application Maintenance Services (AMS)

Application Maintenance Services support covers all activities required to maintain and support existing application functionalities and related Service Level Agreements performance.  Typical activities are:

  • Incident/Problem management for the application, the environments covered and functionality issues
  • Super User support and advice
  • Installation of application patches or upgrades
Application Development Services (ADS)

Application Development Services support is as per individual customer requirements but may include:

  • Minor changes or enhancements
  • Application configuration changes
  • Data loading
  • Data cleansing
