Richard has more than 20 years’ experience with all versions of Oracles Primavera’s Project Management products since P3. He has built infrastructure environments, installed the software configured the application.
For me, the most enjoyable part of any assignment is gaining a really detailed understanding of the customer’s business requirements, as without this we obviously cannot deliver a quality solution.
Having been deeply involved in implementing internal processes as part of our ISO 9001 accreditation I am pleased to see our global teams repeatably delivering solutions of consistent measurable quality.
As CTO at Hyde Park Solutions Richard is responsible for all aspects of the company’s internal IT systems and technology products. He is also the lead technical consultant for assignments relating to Oracle Primavera P6 and its integration with other Oracle or 3rd party applications.
Richard has been involved in the design and delivery of numerous integrations between many project management tools (including P6) and a variety of other business systems associated with cost collection, asset management, ERP and HR.
Richard enjoys translating business requirements into a workable business solution. An excellent communicator, he translates complex project and resource management processes and concepts into simple business speak for a non-technical audience.
