Competition Terms & Conditions
- Offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Offers only valid for the month of December. Purchase Order for license and training orders to be placed before December 31st 2019
- Discount and offers on licenses are only valid on perpetual licenses for on-premise solutions
- Any cloud purchases require a minimum term length of 12 months
- License orders require an accepted Transactional Oracle Master Agreement (TOMA) to be accepted by December 31st
- Any work involving Training, Configuration, Installation or Consultancy to be arranged subject to availability and Purchase order to be placed before 31st December 2019.
- All PO’s must match our 30 day from invoice payment terms
- If the payment terms are not met the PO will not be accepted
- If the payment is not made within 30 days, the price will revert back to list price
- Hyde Park Solutions Limited reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions without notice at our discretion.
