Ministry of Defence in the US and UK relies on Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and Unifier to manage the end to end project and contract delivery of goods and services.

MOD in the UK have just stopped short of mandating the use of the Oracle solution for now, but we are seeing its supply chain adopt the same Oracle tools so it won’t be long before Primavera is the standard as it is in construction and engineering.

This MOD sub-contractor was bidding for work from the MOD and had as part of the submission requirement to submit a P6 project plan.

HPS provided one of its senior planner and risk management experts to create a P6 plan alongside the client and run Primavera Risk Analysis across the plan to ensure it met the MOD’s stringent requirement.
